Hi! My name is Amber and I am looking for a room to rent for my cat and I. I just got a job in Traverse City and will need a room by July 10th and need to be moved in by July 12th. I am a 22 year old woman, single and I keep to myself. I don’t mind sharing common areas as I have lived in a dorm with a roommate before. However, as I said I am private and stick to myself for the most part. I have a small TV, and a computer so I can keep myself entertained when I am not working if those items are allowed in the room. If my cat is not allowed then I can potentially find her other housing.

I have a robotic litter box so smell will not be an issue. I am not a troublemaker by any means and I will be respectful of the space provided to me. Please feel free to DM me with any offers or availability. I would prefer to have another female in the residence but it depends on the circumstances. I am of course willing to pay rent and whatever other requirements are set by the owner. I am not sure how long I will need to rent but long term is most likely what I will need depending on the circumstances. Internet would be fantastic but if it is not available then I understand and it’s not a deal breaker. As I said I am on a two week time crunch so any and all responses are appreciated. Thank you!!
