Im a Phd student from Australia looking for a quite space with my own bathroom. I dont party/drink/do drugs. I like to work and just do my own thing while being friendly and kind. Im currently leasing a fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place in highland park with another person. The lease ends at the end of August. I would be interested in taking up the lease again with a new female housemate, but also interested in a new place altogether.
