I’m quiet, but will be available to late service calls to certain condo owners. I’m a night owl as well. I’m used to 4 to 6 hours of sleep. I work hard , I spend free time at the water, fresh or salt.. I’m a local born and raised here. I have a past which I’ve worked hard to put behind me. I drink occasionally, I do smoke herb but not every day nor do I partake in the house. I have 4 kids that will visit but never at the same time. I’m also very handy and well equipped to manage any maintenance issues that may arise. I think I’m a perfect fit to be a roommate at this point, I’m saving up to build a business and eventually purchase properties to manage and start my empire with.
