I am looking for a respectful female professional to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1469 Sqft) condo at the Valencia, where I have lived for the past year. The condo overlooks the pool, is quite spacious and quiet, located on the 4th (top) floor near the elevators. It is located just 2 blocks from Smith’s Landing Metro stop in the Texas Medical Center. You would have the master bedroom and bathroom, we would share the kitchen, living room and laundry room, all of which are fully furnished. The kitchen and living room separate the two bedrooms / bathrooms from one another. Rent will be $1500, which includes wifi, utilities (electric and water), 24 hour gym and security, pool and hot tub, and one time / month cleaning service. There is gated parking with 24 hour security, which is $10 / year. There are no additional hidden feeds for garbage pickup, etc. I am a surgery resident, so I am rarely home and often sleeping when I am. When not working I enjoy being active outside, spending time with friends and traveling. I am looking for someone who is respectful, quiet, communicates well, and picks up after themselves. No pets or smoking. My landlord is a physician as well, is prompt to communication, and an incredibly kind person.
