Hi! I graduated from USC last year, and I’m moving to NYC 7/24 from LA to work for an enterprise software company (starting 7/31). I plan on being out of the apartment a lot, exploring the city, and taking it all in.

I’m a morning person who’s both a social butterfly and a homebody depending on the day, so I totally get that living with someone means respecting both moods. I’m a foodie, I’m into fitness and working out, love getting into nature when I can, and having friends over now and then, but I’m just as happy keeping to myself after a long day. I keep my space clean, not obsessively, but enough that the kitchen won’t stress you out. And I’m the kind of person who’d rather just communicate if there’s an issue than let it grow into weird apartment tension. Looking for two reasonably tidy people who pay rent on time, and are cool, chill, friendly people. Cat-friendly is a huge plus. I have a 1-year-old grey tabby cat named Kimchi (she is 5 pounds). Her litter box is self-cleaning and odorless.
