Hi! I’m a responsible, respectful, and easygoing tenant. I’m currently a student and working, so I keep a regular schedule and value a clean, peaceful living environment. I always clean up after myself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom, and I enjoy cooking from time to time. I communicate well, respect house rules, and am considerate of others’ privacy and quiet time. I do smoke occasionally, but I’m happy to follow the house rules and smoke only in designated outdoor areas. I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful home where everyone gets along.
