Looking for a room to rent or apartment in Vancouver, WA.
I am a quiet, responsible, and respectful individual that’s enrolled at Clark Community College and is looking for a clean and affordable room to rent. Preferred areas are Arnada, Rose Village, Hudson Bay, Shumway, and Central Park neighborhoods with good public transportation. A place that allows me to easily walk to campus would be preferred. Hopefully a place where I can have my own bathroom.
My budget is up to $700 per month, and I looking to move in late August or early September, but I am open to discussion.
I am also open to finding a roommate where we would look for a place together. My age is 17 turning 18 and I’m a female.
