I need a private room with its own bathroom and workspace. I am an adult female student that is returning back to school for studies. I prefer a quiet space so I can concentrate on my work and studies. I don’t drink or smoke. I travel for work so I will be gone most of the day for work or studies. I prefer an up kept home with responsible people who respect others privacy and don’t intrude. I would like cooking space but I am ok with eating out most of the time.
