Hi, I’m Arsenii, 28, a clean, quiet and easygoing person who’s genuinely considerate of the people I live with. I work two jobs, part time at Lovesac and as a delivery driver, so I’m out and about most of the day and low key when I’m home, never someone who’s underfoot or causing a fuss.

As a roommate, you can count on me to clean up after myself, pay rent on time, keep the noise down, and always respect shared space. I’m a non smoker, I don’t party, and I have no pets, though I’m happy to live around cats since I genuinely like them. I keep mostly to myself but I’m friendly, reliable, and easy to get along with.

More than anything, I value a calm, drama free home where everyone is thoughtful and respectful of one another, and that’s exactly the kind of housemate I aim to be.
