Hi! We’re Heather and Seth, an engaged couple looking for a new place to call home. We’re friendly, reliable, and respectful people who value open communication and a positive living environment. Seth works and drives, so transportation and financial responsibilities are well covered.

Outside of work, we’re mostly homebodies who enjoy spending our time swimming, gardening, creating art, reading, cooking, baking, watching anime, and playing video games. We love meeting new people and enjoy group activities, shared hobbies, game nights, and good conversations with friends and housemates.

We’re clean, organized, LGBTQ+ friendly, cannabis-friendly, and always willing to help out where we can. We respect shared spaces, clean up after ourselves, and believe that a comfortable home comes from kindness, communication, and consideration for everyone living there.
