I am a 52 year old male looking for a small place to live. My budget is $1000 a month for rent. My earnings are about $3300 a month guaranteed through Social Security & pension payments. I have minimal expenses so $1000 a month in rent is easily affordable. In my prior work experience I worked as a NYC/NYS EMT for most of my career. I am friendly & always willing to lend a helping hand. I am quiet& keep to my self. I am organized & clean. I take pride in being responsible.
