Hi everyone! My name is Nico, I’m a 24yo Italian, and I’ll be moving to Washington, D.C. in September to start a new job. I’m looking for a roommate to split a two bedroom apartment long term, ideally in NoMa or Navy Yard. Probs looking at 3-4k (1.5-2k a head) in one of the new buildings close to a metro. A bit about me: I’m Italian and Italian American, grew up between Italy and the U.S., lived in Switzerland for grad school, and I’ll be moving down from Boston. I love staying active, especially running in the morning and working out, but I’m also very into museums, cooking, and having dinners at home with friends on the weekends. I’m hoping to find another working professional, ideally someone in consulting, banking, lobbying, or a similar field, so that our lifestyles are relatively aligned. During the week, I’d prefer a quieter apartment, especially in the evenings, and I would not be looking to have lots of people over on weekdays. My job will likely require me to travel pretty often, so a nice bonus is that my roommate would probably have the apartment to themselves fairly frequently.
