Me: Desire a nice, clean, quiet furnished place to stay short-term (3 months or less) while waiting for long-term availability.

Availability of clean kitchen, washer & dryer preferable.

Air BnB’s are nice, just weren’t working out (for me). My hosts like me with great reviews, I just always found something that I didn’t like about the places (beds not the best & didn’t sleep well), AC temp caps, etc.

Non-smoker (incl. cannabis), no fur babies. Respectful of others space & privacy. Will keep areas I use clean, along with any housekeeping you may have.

Will adhere to home requests in agreement terms.
