Hi everyone! My name is Ethan, I’m 26 years old, and I’ll be relocating to Charleston in late August to start a full-time position as a Respiratory Therapist at MUSC.

I’m looking for a private bedroom (preferably with a private bathroom, but I’m open to shared if it’s a good fit) with a move-in around the last week of August.

A little about me: • Clean, respectful, and easygoing • Non-smoker • Will be working 12-hour night shifts, so I’ll mostly be at work or sleeping during the day • Enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places • Looking for a relaxed, respectful household with other young professionals or graduate students

My budget is around $900–$1,100/month, but I’m flexible for the right place. I’m primarily looking in West Ashley, James Island, North Charleston, Daniels Island, and nearby areas.
