I am looking for a short term lease around 6 months. I’m 24, graduated from USD with a degree in Marketing, and currently work as a contractor for my family’s business while interviewing for corporate roles. I’m clean, organized, respectful, financially responsible, easy to communicate with, and generally pretty low-maintenance as a housemate.

Outside of work, I enjoy working out, playing basketball, thrifting, exploring San Diego, and spending time with friends. I’m social and outgoing, but I also appreciate quiet nights in and respecting shared spaces.
