Hi! My name is Alexis, and I’ll be relocating to Lake Wales to begin a full-time position at Warner University. I’m a respectful, clean, and responsible person who values a peaceful home environment. I tend to keep to myself but am always friendly and considerate of others’ space. I don’t smoke, I clean up after myself, and I’m reliable with rent and communication. I also have one small, well-behaved dog who is house-trained and friendly. I’m looking for a safe, comfortable place to call home while I get settled in the area, and I would treat your home with the same care and respect as if it were my own.
