Hi! I’m Khara, 23, and I work in event coordination, retail, and at an art studio here in Richmond. I also host trivia a few nights a week, so I stay pretty busy but have a stable schedule.

I’m looking for a roommate situation that feels comfortable, respectful, and actually enjoyable to come home to—not a huge party house, but I’m definitely social and like going out, concerts, markets, and trying new places around the city.

I have a dog who’s friendly, active, and a big part of my life, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere dog-friendly. I’m clean and organized in shared spaces (not obsessive), communicative, and pretty easy to live with.

A little about me: I’m into live music, photography, arts/creative spaces, and I love a home that feels cozy and has personality. Looking for roommate(s) who are respectful, financially responsible, LGBTQ+ friendly, and good at communicating.

Budget is ideally around $800–900 for my portion depending on what’s included. Open to finding a place together or joining an existing household!
