Hi there! I am an active, 43-year-old woman relocating to the Anchorage area and looking for a quiet, reliable room or shared space for 1 to 6 months while I finalize my long-term housing.

If everything works out where I’m at or you want a long term renter/work trade then I’m willing to stay longer/long term.

My moving logistics are already fully in motion. I maintain a completely sober lifestyle—I do not drink, smoke, or use drugs.

My Background & Routine:

Work/School: I am a licensed massage therapist of 13 years (currently transferring my credentials to AK) and a full-time online college student earning my bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Lifestyle: Highly disciplined and busy. I jog daily and practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu every day, so I am usually out training or quietly studying.

Vehicle: I am shipping my car to Alaska, so I just need a safe, standard parking space for a 2024 Subaru Impreza.

What I Can Offer (Rent or Work-Trade):I am financially stable and fully prepared to pay standard monthly rent. However, I am also highly experienced and very open/prefer to a partial or full work-trade setup if you need help around the property.

My skills include:Professional-grade house cleaning & organizingCooking and healthy meal preparation Office/administrative & accounting support Extensive landscaping, tree cutting, and chainsaw operations (I can safely fell trees, sharpen my own chains, and do minor equipment repairs).I am clean, exceptionally quiet, and highly respectful of personal space and boundaries.

In addition, I also have over 25 years extensive horse experience in caring for, grooming, feeding and training horses and other farm animals.
