Quiet, respectful, bookish, highly articulate, intelligent disabled gentleman seeking a room to rent or maybe a roommate to get an apartment with. I’m kind, courteous, helpful, caring, convivial andI respect other people’s time. I’m a clean person and I take very good care of my area. I would like a landlord who’s flexible and personable. I would live alone but I do have a girlfriend who may stay once or twice a week, but only so long as it’s agreeable to all concerned. If you’re female and I contact you about a potential team-up or a room to rent, please don’t think that I have any lecherous intent. It’s just that I tend to bond with women more quickly than men. But, with that being said, I get along with pretty much everybody. I do have a dog, but she’s not a pet. She’s a service dog. Her name is Willow and she’s a beagle-sight hound mix. She weighs 30 pounds and is afraid of her own shadow. lol
