A little about my living intentions: I am a very quiet, by-myself person. I spend most of my time alone in my room. I enjoy that. I am looking for a quiet place with a quiet roommate who doesn’t have loud company coming in and out. I am disabled with a fixed income and have a male kitten who must be with me. Because of my current physical limitations, I need a first-floor room and a bathroom of my own. I have my own furniture, and I like to keep things clean and neat. I ask that my things are respected and not taken. I am a very sweet, honest, caring, and respectful housemate, and I’m looking for the same. As I said, my time will be spent 95% on my own, mostly in my room with my cat, Finnegan Baggins 😻. I am not looking for companionship or friendship but I am looking for a female around my age—40 years and older in need of a steady monthly rent paid on time that I can provide.
