Hi! I’m Aaron, and I work as a Quality Control Analyst at a biotech company in Folsom. I’m clean, quiet, and easygoing. I cook simple meals (mostly chicken and vegetables), don’t smoke or drink, and would prefer a weed-free home. I don’t have any pets.

I enjoy getting to know my roommates and am always happy to chat, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. I’m looking to live with considerate, communicative people who help keep shared spaces clean.

Right now I’m just browsing, but I’ll be looking more seriously in late fall 2026 since my current lease ends in January 2027. Ideally I’m looking for a 6–12 month lease, though I’m also open to month-to-month arrangements.

I’d prefer a private bedroom and bathroom, but I’m open to a shared bathroom or even finding someone to share an apartment with.

I leave for work around 5:30am and am usually home around 3:00pm on weekdays. Most weekends I head to the Bay Area to visit family. In my free time I enjoy road cycling, snowboarding during the winter, and getting outdoors whenever I can.
