I am a responsible, employed mother looking for a clean, safe, and child-friendly private room in a house or apartment within the Essex County area. It will be just myself and my well-behaved 2-year-old son. I am looking for a short-term arrangement (roughly 4 to 8 weeks) while I finalize a transition into a permanent apartment. Because of this, I cannot sign a long-term lease, but I can pay bi-weekly or monthly.

I am fully employed with a stable income and can provide immediate proof of employment and recent pay stubs. We are quiet, clean, drug-free, non-smokers, and highly respectful of shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom). I would need access to the kitchen for light cooking/property storage, and space for a few essentials while the rest of our belongings are in storage. If you have an available room and are comfortable with a working mother and a toddler for a brief stay, please reach out with the monthly/bi-weekly weekly rate and the location.

STRICTLY SEEKING A ROOM IN A FEMALE-ONLY HOUSEHOLD OR A PRIVATE UNIT/BASEMENT OWNED BY A FEMALE LANDLORD. I’M ALSO OPEN TO A ROOMING HOUSE THAT IS SAFE AND CLEAN AS WELL.
