Hi, my name is David. I’m a high-voltage power lineman and will be working near White City for approximately six weeks. I’m looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to stay during the project. A furnished room would be ideal, but I’m happy to make an unfurnished room work as well.

I’m married with two children, and I own my home along with a few rental properties. I’ll simply be in the area for work and plan to head home most weekends, leaving after work on Friday and returning late Sunday evening.

I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and dependable. I always pay my rent on time and take pride in keeping my living space tidy. I’ve rented rooms from both men and women in the past and am comfortable living with people of any age.

One thing that tends to make me a good tenant is that I’m very handy. I’ve worked in construction my entire life, so if something around the house needs a repair, I’m always happy to lend a hand if you’d like. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and try to grow as much of my own food as possible. I also enjoy art and creating things whenever I can find the time.

I have excellent references from previous homeowners I’ve rented from, and they’ll tell you I’m respectful, trustworthy, and easy to live with.
