I am looking to rent part of a single-family home, preferably with a family who owns and lives in the home. I am hoping to find a comfortable, family-friendly place where I can stay with my 6-year-old daughter.

I work in IT in Santa Clara and am responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. I am looking for a peaceful home environment and would be happy to share the space with another family.
