We’re a couple, both working professionals, who are easy to communicate with and always on time with payments. We’re quiet during the week and looking for a long-term lease, ideally a basement or self-contained space. We don’t drink or smoke, we’re punctual and dependable in everything we do, and we keep a peaceful, low-drama household. We’re social and easygoing, but we also value respect and privacy — happy to keep to ourselves when needed and equally happy to chat when we cross paths.
