I am an older single dad (quiet, professional, lover of sports and comedy shows, church goer, etc.), whose daughter is leaving for college, so I’m downsizing from the 3BR/1.5B single family home we’ve been living in the last two years. Unfortunately the place that I thought I had already lined up has fallen through at the last minute, so I’m scrambling to find a place to stay for the next several months. Would prefer someone similarly professional and respectful.
