Hi! I’m an 18-year-old woman (turning 19 in July) looking for a roommate or a room to rent. I work as a paraeducator with kids while also studying Health Science, so I’m usually pretty busy but love having a comfortable place to come home to.

I’d say I’m a social butterfly, but I’m also super easygoing and know when it’s time to relax and give people their space. I love being creative, whether that’s making art, reading, or trying new hobbies.

I’m a pretty clean and organized person and like keeping shared spaces nice, but I’m definitely not the type to be overbearing about it.

I have a friendly dog who loves people and mostly just hangs out doing her own thing. I also love animals, so I’m totally okay with living with pets.

I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind if you do. My budget is around $600/month, and I’m open to living in Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Indio, or nearby.
