Hello! My name is Nicole and I’m in my 20s working in business. I’m looking for a roommate(s) to find an apartment in the Sawtelle/Santa Monica Area starting sometime in September/October!

To give you some information about me; my hobbies include backpacking, climbing, camping, and essentially just being outside! I work in office Monday - Friday and after work I usually go to the gym or on a hike nearby. I also enjoy a quiet evening. When at home I spend my time meal prepping, trip planning, watching a show, and/or just hanging out.

It would be nice to be friends with my roommate, especially as I moved to LA recently and don’t know many people.

I do have a small dog, he’s very sweet and loves everything and everyone! (He will give kisses to cats, dogs, bunnies, and humans). However, he’s also very quiet/chill, is potty trained, and doesn’t shed. He currently lives with my parents, but I would ideally like him to live with me at least 2 weeks out of the month. He would go to work with me, so he would hardly be left in the apartment on his own. If you had an animal it would be nice to give him a friend!

• Location: Sawtelle/Santa Monica area *Budget: 2k or less *Apartment: I’d like to have my own bathroom and bedroom. Parking is also extremely important to me. *Living Style: I’m a pretty clean person and would like to live with someone who is also clean and is respectful of common areas.
