Hi! I’m De’Havia. I’ve worked in venture capital and investing for the past seven years. I’ve primarily lived in Atlanta during that time, but have also spent time as a nomad in cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Mexico City over the past two years. I’m now looking to make New York my home base because of the relationships and opportunities in my industry.

As a roommate, I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I like to keep shared spaces tidy, communicate openly, and be considerate of everyone’s schedules and boundaries. I value a peaceful, comfortable home environment and am looking for roommates who are similarly respectful, responsible, and communicative.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing chess, swimming, traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, and spending time with friends. Overall, I’m looking for a home with good vibes, mutual respect, and people who are comfortable sharing space while also maintaining their independence.
