Easygoing, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m originally from NY, divorced a few years ago, and have spent my career in finance. I’m currently looking for a comfortable place to call home while I continue to rebuild and get settled into my next chapter.

I work full-time from home during the week, so I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful of someone else’s space. Outside of work I’m usually out and about — I’m not someone who stays home all day or takes over the common areas. Weekends I’m typically busy as well.

I’m clean, organized, considerate, and happy to keep to myself, but also friendly and easy to get along with. I’m looking for a safe, comfortable place with someone who values a respectful and peaceful living situation.

I do have both a car and a motorcycle, so I’d ideally need access to parking for both. Other than that, I’m pretty low-maintenance — just looking for a nice place where I can settle in and be a good roommate.
