Hello, I am interested in renting a room as soon as possible, if available. I am a single male professional in the mid-20s looking for an unfurnished room from June 27 to Aug 14. I work as a freelance software developer, and also recently, I have been driving for Uber. I would likely spend most of the day in the room on my computer doing freelance software development, otherwise I would be out driving Uber. I would not have any guests. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I would be willing to pay a bit extra due to the short term stay. Please let me know the availability, if possible.
