Yanina & Kavon

Hi! We’re a binational couple looking for a comfortable space in the San Diego area. Yani works in boutique hospitality consulting and design while Kavon is working as a physocotherapist. We’re both professionals, respectful, and genuinely enjoy a calm, well-maintained living environment. We’re passionate about nature, yoga, and wellness. We lived and worked across multiple countries (and we both have a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. Important Note: We travel frequently for work and will only be at the apartment 3-7 days per month. We’re looking for a home base—a fixed address while we’re mostly on the road. This means minimal disruption to shared spaces, quiet living, and very low occupancy. We’re reliable and responsible tenants; we just don’t need much space regularly.
