I’m someone who’s pretty dedicated to his work. Developing teams and pouring energy into nurturing peoples talents. I’ve cohabitated before in Los Angeles living with 3 roommates (2 of which were in the same bedroom) for several years and kept a rigorous weekly cleaning schedule before. In fact I kept the laminate of the schedule since then.

At home, I’m a bit of a nerd. I play video games, watch anime, or read on my days off. I love to cook but rarely get the opportunity with my schedule.

I do laundry about 2-3 times a week and predominantly use my bike for transportation. For years now I’ve been ordering groceries through delivery services which helps me plan my schedule.

I tend to be a exuberant and respectful housemate. I apologize in advance , as I’m the type to greet someone whenever I see them. Its a bit of a habit.
