I’m an incoming PhD student at Texas Tech, so I’ll be spending most of my time on research, classes, and TA responsibilities. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces, and I appreciate a calm, comfortable home environment. I enjoy getting along with roommates, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal schedules. I believe clear communication, being considerate, and doing my part around the apartment are what make living together easy and enjoyable.
