I’m looking to rent 2 bedrooms in a shared house. I’m quiet, respectful, responsible, and courteous. I work from home and stay in my room most of the time. I have a 12 year old son who lives with me full-time. He stays in his room most of the time when he is home. He is courteous when using shared spaces, but will often be loud in his own room (conference calls with friends as they play video games online).
