I start work in York PA for a 13 month project late August, will sign a month to month or a 3 month (with 30 day notice to terminate contract if anything changes with my job situation). Looking for a quite room with bathroom, place to just come in the evening, wind down and sleep, will need access to kitchen/refrigerator /dining table to cook (mostly for tea, breakfast, dinner, vegetarian or eggs or chicken dishes, Indian food occasionally). I will occasionally have my 10 year old, 18lbs cute well mannered Shitzu with me. I will mostly stay Monday through Friday and some weekends then drive back to Delaware weekly (I have family and am a home owner in DE). I need WIFI and utilities included( a bit flexible with rent if all utilities included). Female Roomie team mate.Need the room fully furnished.
