Hi all! My name is Ala and I am looking for a roommate to rent a house/Condo/Apt together. Fenced in yard is necessary as I have a sweet 6 year old dog with me (or at least a designated dog area if a condo or apartment)…I am single, no kids, and needing a place soon anywhere between Parrish and Bradenton. I’m also an incredible cook that loves to cook (especially grill), clean, help with household chores, love sports (especially football), and the beach. 🏝️ I’m not a big drinker (socially sure), but am 420 friendly. I have an 845 Credit Score , no debt, and am Drama free & easy to get along with. If you know someone or are also looking please reach out. A pool/fitness center and park nearby would be extra perks I would love. If no roommate, a one bedroom with fenced in yard would have to do. Need to move in by August 1st. Happy to meet up beforehand to discuss. Just to be clear, NOT looking for anything besides a nice, drama free, friendly roommate that will allow my sweet Dog and I to stay with them. Looking at moving August 1st. That is literally when I will be moving if not sooner …($1000-$1500) budget depending on space, utilities, etc…Any Help, Suggestions, etc is Very Much appreciated.
