I’m a journeyman electrician and I’ve been working in Florida for 4 years and just graduated. I was an English teacher in S Korea for 6 years before I joined the electrical union. I’m an avid chess player and I work M-F from 7am-330pm. I’m neat and tidy person and show consideration to people’s spaces and property. I’ve had alot of luck on roomies and my past two landlords can let you know that I’m a quiet and clean person. I’ve always paid on time and give plenty of notice if I’m leaving. I’m also very handy to have around! I’m looking to move mid July.
