My name is Kevin, and I am a school administrator relocating to the Portland area to begin a new position. I am looking for a room to rent for approximately 3–6 months while my family remains in Texas and we work through the sale of our home and transition to Oregon.

I am a 50-year-old professional who is quiet, respectful, clean, and dependable. I tend to keep to myself, spend most of my time working, and enjoy a calm living environment. I do not smoke, and I am looking for a comfortable place to stay as I get established in the area before my family joins me.
