I pay my rent on time (sometimes early) I’m 78 years young and am looking for a month to month agreement. I will be moving into an independent housing community, for REAL grown-ups ;-),as soon as a room is available. The estimate is December 2026. I am super clean, easy going and have lots of volunteer and social activities that keep me busy. I’m looking for a furnished room with a private bath. I just sold my condo last month and can only stay at friends homes for just so long.
