I’m only interested in living with other WOMEN &/or members of the LGBTQ+ community. I definitely prefer a room & private bath with utilities included in the price. I am not a transplant; I have lived in NC for 28 years. I am from the area, and know it well enough to spot a scammer a mile away. It’s just me. I’m quiet, I’m clean, I vape (do not smoke- I quit nearly 2 years ago, so glad I did!), I don’t really drink (when I do, I might have 2, tops). I mostly keep to myself (but am open to socializing). I like to read and watch documentaries. I don’t have people over, except for occasionally my best friend of nearly 30 years (but we are quiet and respectful). I love dogs but no longer have one (my baby passed away 6 years ago). I’m a queer woman. I like a quiet, calm, home sanctuary space. I also work in the evenings and sleep late so someone who can gel with that schedule would be ideal, whatever that might look like. I’m very respectful of other’s space and belongings and do expect the same. Overall, I’m very easy to get along with :)
