I am looking for a roommate to try and free up some income. I’m pretty easygoing and flexible.

I work M-F, out of the house 7am-6pm weekdays. I try to sleep by 11pm. On weekends this varies.

I have all the essentials that can be shared. (Dishes, Bath, etc)

Outside of work, I go to the gym, watch movies, listen to music and play videos games.

Overall, I’m just wanting to be able to coexist with someone, low friction, while we split costs and both fairly contribute to a clean house.
