I have been 100% independent of my parents for 2 years now, and there will be no legality issues should you choose me as a roommate. I just started a full time job, and can pay rent in full on time every month. I’m looking to be added to an existing lease or starting a new one entirely. I am looking for a room for myself as soon as possible. I value cleanliness, respect, boundaries, my own space, but also feeling comfortable in my own home and making sure the other person is comfortable as well.
