To future renter: June 23rd 2026 Tuesday

It’s just me and one small dog who sleeps all day. I walk and run him in dog parks to get exercise after work. I walk my dog in the morning before work sometimes in the neighborhood.. He is cat and dog friendly, all sizes. Nugget loves to cuddle up with humans and the other animals. He will lay in his dog bed on the floor next to you. Family room or bedroom. He is quiet and calm.

I am new to Conroe/Montgomery area. I have driven around this month and am more familiar. Need a place ASAP , I can pay you in full for the month at your rate, Today. 06/24/2026 Wedsday. June 24th, 2026. Need to move as soon as possible, only have clothes/ few toiletries and my dog to take with me. One small desk, I can leave it behind if I need to.

I have to be out ASAP due to the family member (I’m currently and temporarily staying with) - having to unexpectedly and suddenly, take in their elderly-in-laws here at their small house.

I (and dog) do not need any special accommodations. I work full time. Pay my rent on time , upfront for the month. I work and then exercise at the park with my dog. We are quiet tenants , and friendly. I’m very clean tenant and I keep my dog clean, nails trimmed. I hope someone gets back to me as soon they receive this message. I really do need to be out URGENTLY - there is no room for me and my dog at the current house now due to said situation.
