Hi, I’m Ray. I’ve lived and owned homes in Walnut Creek for the past 30 years and raised my children here. They’re now grown and out on their own, and I’ve been renting in Pleasant Hill for the last four years.

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and keep pretty busy with work and personal interests, so home is mostly a place to relax and recharge. I value a peaceful, comfortable living environment, am considerate of others, and appreciate open communication and mutual respect.

I’m looking for a room or shared home for roughly 3–18 months while I’m in a transition period. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and enjoy staying active and spending time with family and friends. I’m hoping to find a place with like-minded people who appreciate a quiet, drama-free home.
