I’m a quiet professional who is active within the community especially Summer months. I am currently downsizing from my 3 bedroom home after my children have graduated and headed to college. I’m exploring my options of renting or rooming as I have been a renter and landlord throughout in different times in my life. I am open to areas however prefer South Minneapolis or Brooklyn Park/ Center area. I prefer a quiet living space with a spacious room, ample closet space, garage space, and a bit of storage.
