Hey! I’m Daniel, a recent Miami University (Ohio) grad moving to NYC in August. I work in the Flatiron District and am looking for a place within a ~30-minute commute of there — open to Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn, or wherever makes sense.

I’m in the office every day and tend to work long hours during the week, so I’m honestly not home all that much Monday through Friday — great if you value your own space. On weekends I like to decompress by trying new restaurants around the city, going out with friends, and going to the gym.

I’m clean, easy to live with, and big on communication. Looking for someone with a similar mindset. Move-in target is early-to-mid August, budget is $1,500–$2,000/mo. Reach out if you think we’d be a good fit!
