Room Wanted — Near NW Las Vegas | August 1st (flexible) Retired, somewhere between young and old — though you’ll likely place me closer to one when we meet. Healthy, fit, White if that’s relevant to you. Looking for a room in the near Northwest, ideally walkable or bikeable to the WinCo/Trader Joe’s corridor on Buffalo. That said, if your neighborhood has something going for it, make the case — I’m listening. I have a car but default to bike and bus when I can. Kitchen access matters: I cook most of my own meals, keep it simple, rarely fry anything (bacon being the occasional exception). I clean up completely, every time, without being asked. On paper: spotless rent history, strong references (rental and personal), clean background. In practice: helpful without being underfoot, social or low-key depending on what works for you. What I can’t do: share space with smokers, drinkers, active addicts, or people who keep the TV in. What I’d love from you: a short note back. What’s your situation?
