I’m Jun, 24, a recent UC Berkeley grad (Stats & Economics) working in data and business analytics. I keep a clean, respectful living space and I’m considerate of shared areas and quiet hours.

I work and study from cafes and coworking spaces during the day so I’m not constantly around the house. I cook at home regularly — nothing that will make the kitchen a disaster — and I tend to keep to myself without being antisocial.

I have one dog, Gom — a 11-year-old Belgian Shepherd/GSD mix, about 60 lbs. She’s calm, well-behaved, and house-trained. Senior dog energy — more naps than chaos. She’s my non-negotiable so I want to be upfront about him.

I don’t smoke, I don’t party at home, and I’m straightforward about communication. Looking for a space where everyone respects each other’s lives without needing to be best friends, though genuinely good housemates are always a bonus. Looking for month-to-month or flexible lease if possible.
