i’m clean quiet respectful, work at home, stay busy, can leave if for instance you needed time for yourself friends or party. i’m also building launching new app with outsourced team, a nerd im not, but do like nerds and most everyone. positive funny caring never been late on rent always early on rent. i play golf, love the beach, surfed forever / im happy friendly i do have a daughter she goes to nyu and if she does visit we hit the road but stays at her moms on off season. im absolutely cool :) like to help but can stay out of your way. love animals have none - currently focussed on launching new company saving every penny hence a room needed ;) ty Neal
